WOW! your website is impressive: I wish I had contacted you rather than Brent Godin (Remax agent). It took Mr. Godin weeks after I called him to list my condo #106, 317 19 Ave. SW. then he took weeks to arrange pictures with a photographer. Then Mr. Godin brought over some brochures to give to other agents who would come for viewings. BUT - when reading the brochure Mr. Godin had printed the condo fee was noted as an annual fee rather than monthly!!!! Then came the Creme de la Creme when he insisted,"open-houses were a waste of his time!" Can you imagine? Needless to say I contacted a property rental agency due to timelines with my purchase of another out of province condo. BUT, Mr. Godin refused to allow the rental company to use the photos although they were still posted on the Internet. What an awful experience with GODIN and REMAX.
